OUR STORY
special.
At Heritage Hospitality, every stay is rooted in a sense of place and meaning, with each location reflecting the unique history and heritage of New Zealand. Our hotels are shaped by the stories of their surroundings, honouring the spirit of Aotearoa through spaces that carry memory, character, and connection.
Since 1994, we have grown from a hotel owner to New Zealand’s end-to-end hospitality partner of choice. Our portfolio celebrates individuality, historic character, and the natural beauty of the land. As proud kaitiaki (guardians) of these landmark spaces, we are committed to preserving their legacy while delivering warm, genuine service.
“Our story began with a vision to create real, lasting value, moving beyond transactional exchanges to build meaningful relationships. We believe in inheriting and preserving the spirit of heartfelt service, where loyalty to our team and guests takes precedence over immediate profits.
Rooted in the concept of 'heritage' as a true inheritance, we embrace traditions of love, dedication, and sustainable growth. We are committed to investing in our people, sharing success, and paving new paths in the hospitality industry with intention and purpose. Our hope is to create experiences that resonate with genuine connection, leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come.”
