Heritage Hospitality Holdings are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Graham Judge as the new Chair of our Board.

Graham, who holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and is a Chartered Accountant, brings his extensive leadership and financial expertise, gained through a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, to our organisation. Graham joined our board in 2016.

A Partner at Deloitte for 34 years, Graham specialised in Audit and Financial Due Diligence, and he also served as Lead Partner for several major public and international companies. Graham has also been the Partner in Charge of Deloitte New Zealand’s Audit practice. He retired from Deloitte in 2016.

After retiring from Deloitte Graham joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances as their Chief Financial Officer, having previously served as the acting CFO - while in the CFO role he led several key strategic projects for the Group’s New Zealand and Australian operations.

Graham’s proven governance experience and deep understanding of both financial and operational performance will provide strong guidance, as we continue to advance our strategic priorities.

We would also like to take this opportunity to extend our warmest and sincerest thank you to Mr Jeff Todd, who retired as Chair of the Board in early 2025, after serving in the position for 27 years. His dedication, steady leadership, unwavering focus on standards, and commitment to our shared vision have left a lasting impact on the organisation. We are privileged to see Mr. Todd remain connected to the board in an advisory capacity.
